A parting message from our committee to past members:

Following our recent AGM in July 2025, a full majority decision was reached to formally dissolve the committee.

We recognise that the commercial and retail property landscape has undergone profound changes in recent years, reshaping the way we work, connect, and collaborate. Throughout it all, MALSCM has served as a platform for professional growth, shared learning, and meaningful relationships that have transcended individual roles and organisations. We are incredibly proud of what we have achieved together.

We want to take this opportunity to express our deepest gratitude to all current and former board members who have volunteered their time, expertise, and energy to steer the group through an ever-changing industry. Their commitment and leadership have helped keep this community thriving and relevant for so many years — their efforts should be recognised and celebrated.

To all of you — whether you attended every meeting or joined us once — thank you. You have been part of something meaningful, and we hope you take pride in what MALSCM has represented: professionalism, camaraderie, innovation, and passion for our sector.

Though this chapter is closing, we know the connections formed here will endure. Please do keep in touch with one another.
